Julia Roquigny is Miss Earth New Caledonia 2015

Julia Roquigny,20, will represent New Caledonia (Nouvelle Caledonie) at the Miss Earth 2015 contest. Julia is the first runner-up at the Miss Nouvelle Caledonie pageant and hails from the capital city of Noumea. It will be the first time that New Caledonia, a French special collectivity in South Pacific, will be participating the contest.
