ICC World T20 warm-ups to be held in Kolkata and Mumbai

India, the hosts of the ICC World T20 2016, are scheduled to play their warm-up matches against West Indies and South Africa in Kolkata and Mumbai respectively. The warm-up against the West Indies will take place on March 10, while India and South Africa will face off on the 12th.

The teams taking part in the first round will play their warm-up matches in Dharamsala and Mohali from March 3 to 6, while sides featuring in the second round will play their practice games in Kolkata and Mumbai from March 10 to 15.

The women’s warm-up matches will take place in Bengaluru and Chennai from March 10 to 14. The Indian eves will play only one warm-up game against Ireland in Benguluru on March 10.

Meanwhile according to the schedule announced by the ICC, the men’s afternoon matches will take place from 15:00-18:10, while the evening matches will be played from 19:30-22:40. The semifinals and the final will be held from 19:00-22:10.

The women’s afternoon matches will be played from 15:30- 18:15, while the evening matches will take place from 19:30- 22:15. The semifinals and the finals, which will be played before the men’s matches, will be played between 14:30-17:15.
