Aditi scripts history, wins Women’s Indian Open

Teen golf sensation Aditi Ashok scripted history on Sunday as she became the first Indian woman to win a Ladies European Tour title by clinching the Hero Women’s Indian Open.

The 18-year-old shot an even par-72 in the final round to win the title.

Aditi’s round included birdies on the par-four second and 10th holes and bogeys on the seventh, 13th and 17th. She became richer by Euro 54,988.20.
