Liu Qianqian wins International Breast Model Contest

Liu Quiaquian is a 23 year old model who won the International Breast Model competition. The competition is the brainchild of a plastic surgery company and a local newspaper group. The pageant is currently in its 7th year which took place in the city of Hefei.
